To the family of Freda and Dave:
They were an example of what marriage should be like. They were not only handsome but were kind, generous and very community oriented. Sadly they are now both gone. I got to know them quite well because of our Lion connections and curling and their move to the Morrisburg area.
RIP Freda – you and Dave did make a difference to this planet. God bless you and all your family.

Mike and I are so very sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. We visited Freda many times since moving to Brockville. During covid, Mike and I would dance and use hand gestures on the sidewalk greeting her and trying to use hand signals for communication. We ended up amusing her dining room friends and she just loved the connection.
We timed our walks for the supper hour and when we couldn’t find her we called and found out they changed her dinner hour, so we altered our walk to hers!
All to say the three of us would often cry with happiness at the sight of each other.
May her memory be a blessing.

Condolences to Freda’s family. I would see your mother daily while walking my standard poodle past the Wedgewood. Freda would tap on the window and to get his attention. Thought I would share my connection to this lovely lady. She will be missed.
