On Monday April 1, 2024 at the age of 88, Beth VanLeyen passed away peacefully. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter VanLeyen, loving mother of Douglas (late Sharon), Cynthia (Tim), Allen (Sherry), and James (Carolyne), cherished grandmother of Jason, Curtis, Hudson, Isobel, Dylan, Tyler, Kyle, Shauna, Dylana, Noah and Ella and 15 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Dwayne (Sophie), late John (Thelma), Edith (Bill), and Murray (Judy). Predeceased by her parents James and Cristie Blair. Fondly remembered by the VanLeyen Family.
By Beth’s request Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the Winchester Curling Club, 587 Main Street West on Sunday April 14, 2024 from 1 to 4 p.m. Donations may be made in memory of Beth to the WDMH Foundation In Support of the New Dundas Manor.
