Vandemheen, Lubbert April 14, 1948 - June 25, 2024

Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday June 25, 2024. Lubbert Vandemheen age 76 of South Mountain.

Beloved husband of Wanda (Nee Scott). Loving Dad of Scott (Sharlene) and Marty (Julie). Loving Poppy of Kyle (Hayley), Shaina, Kiara and Ketana and great grandson Oliver. Special companion Miss Daisy. Dear brother of Mac Vandemheen (Ann) of Chesterville, Alice Luimes (late Albert) of Canterbury, N.B., and Adriaan Vandemheen (Wilda) of Dixons Corners.  Dear brother-in-law of Phyllis Vandemheen of South Mountain, and Carol Vandemheen of Morrisburg. He was predeceased by his parents Lubbert and Grietje Vandemheen (nee Termaat), his sisters Alberta Noort, Eibertje Leeman, Grace Cooper, Ali VanBeilan and Woutje Slater and his brothers Rene, Bill and Jake Vandemheen. He is fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and the Scott Family.

By Lubbert’s request there will be no Visitation or Funeral Service. Donations in Memory of Lubbert may be made to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital. Arrangements entrusted to the Byers Funeral Home, South Mountain (613-989-3836). Online condolences may be made at www.byersfuneralhomeinc.ca
