Loving Dad of Anisa (Grahame) Gardiner and Sarah (Lorne) Plooard. Cherished Grandpa of Chiara, Leo. Teresa-Marie and Catherine. Dear brother of Sally Patrick (John), Pene Aubin, step-son of Jill Aubin , and step-brother of Michael Collis (Soo). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at the St. James Anglican Church, 35 Clothier Street West, Kemptville on Thursday August 3, 2023 at 2 p.m. Burial South Gower Cemetery. Funeral Reception to follow at their home. I have such fond memories of him bringing us boxes of glorious veggies and flowers to our door and touring us around the fabulous farm he’d built and tended with Roshan and the girls. He was a pioneer in community-supported agriculture and organic growing in the Ottawa area and his knowledge, passion, and great sense of humour will be missed.

I remember from when I was a kid seeing him at church or going to visit his farm, he was always so kind and full of life. To be honest, I actually cannot picture his face without a smile on it. There are no words for this kind of loss; I am just so sorry. May he rest in peace, knowing you will continue to live out his life and legacy in your own lives, and in the lives of your children (and the world will be better for it!) God bless. We will miss the unique way that Tim mixed wry humour and a passion for sustainable, healthy agriculture.
