Phyllis Vivian Saganski (Fisher) (Nee Holmes) February 12, 1949 - July 29, 2014

Saganski, Phyllis (Fisher)(Nee Holmes)

Phyllis Vivian Saganski passed away peacefully at hospital on Tuesday July 29, 2014. With family and close friends by her side, she took a well-deserved rest from her courageous battle with cancer. She was the loving wife and best friend of Larry, dearly loved mother to Melanie (Dan), daughter of Vivian and Arnold (predeceased), sister to Leeann (Greg) and Wray (Nancy), aunt to Jessica (Paul) and Sarah (Mark), and great-aunt to Rowan and Gregory.

Phyllis will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her caring generous nature, compassion for the fortunate animals who found their way into her care, her laughter and creativity touched the hearts of many.

The family expresses the warmest gratitude to the exceptional and dedicated doctor and nursing teams at the Ottawa Hospital, we are sincerely grateful for the additional and precious time that allowed Phyllis to continue to grace our lives. And finally, to the compassionate team at Kemptville District Hospital, who made her last few days as peaceful and comfortable as possible, we thank you.
