Penny (Doris Penelope) Webster of South Mountain, ON passed away at Winchester District Memorial Hospital on March 28, 2014. Penny was born on October 6, 1945 in Ottawa, ON to Gordon and Lilian (Going) Webster. Penny was the cherished wife of Jeff Burrell. She is survived by her daughter, Krista.
