We are saddened to announce the passing of our Mom, Marguerite Fawcett age 94 on Sunday July 24, 2022 at the Garden Villa, Chesterville. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and May (Merkley) Holmes. Beloved wife of the late Keith Fawcett. Loving Mom of Diane (Bob) Crummy, Barbara (Ray) Barkley, Eleanor (John) Anderson, Lloyd (Tina) Fawcett, Elaine (Conie) DeRooy, Donald Fawcett (Linda Reid) and Dwayne (Wilma) Fawcett. Cherished Grandma to 12 and Great- Grandma to 9. She is survived by her sister-in-laws Betty and Peggy Holmes and Shirley and Mary Fawcett and brother-in-law Allison Fawcett. She was predeceased by her siblings Lula, Tom, Mary, Gerald, Lloyd, Woodrow, Keith, Murla, Murray and predeceased by her grandson Trevor Barkley. As per Mom’s request Cremation has taken place. The family will host a Celebration of her Life to be announced at a later date. Donations in Memory of Marguerite may be made to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital Foundation.
