My mother Ethel Mussell was a great friend of Peggy’s. They spent hours talking on the phone! Mom also had lots of memories of the Holmes family and eating meals at their house back in the day. My deepest sympathy to the family. Another connection I have lost to Winchester but such a great one to remember!

Sorry to hear about Aunt Peggy. Brings back precious memories of younger days at the farm working with my Uncles in harvesting season and the great meals put on by Grandma Holmes and Aunt Peggy as if she did not have enough mouths to feed – best raisin pie maker ever. Our condolences.
