Peacefully surrounded by family at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday October 15, 2019. Keith Wagner age 71 of Winchester. Loving Dad of Jason (Samantha) and Terry (Talia). Cherished Papa Keith of Maverick &Wyatt ; & Grandpa of Chloe, Mia and Hudson. Loved brother of Barbara (Ron) Armstrong, Mancel, Richard (Carol), and Elaine Wagner (Jamie Shadbolt). Predeceased by his parents Lula (Thompson) and Calvin Wagner and his brother Carl. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
