October 26, 2018 at 11:12 pmOur sincere condolences to Keith’s family and friends. Ben played one season for the Winchester Hawks four years ago and our family enjoyed our Friday night conversations with Keith at the arena. Ben was treated extremely well by Keith, who on several occasions slipped “Big Ben” a gas card to help pay for the regular car trips from Ottawa. Our son fondly remembers having lunch with Keith at the A&W in Kemptville when the hockey season ended. Simply put, Keith was a very good person and my wife and I will always be grateful for helping make Ben feel comfortable away from home for six months. RIP Keith.
