January 24, 2025 at 9:40 amScott, John’s son and I were in the same grade together, but I mainly knew John through baseball. I believe he was my first baseball coach. He helped teach me to love the game and I have many fond memories of John with his pipe, coaching us at the ball diamonds behind the old Inkerman school. My sympathies to the family.
