James Richard “Rick” Quart

Suddenly at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday July 2, 2023. Rick Quart age 67 of Cardinal. Beloved spouse of Marion Comstock. Loving Dad of twins Michael &Timothy (Caroline) Quart and John (Cheryl Galli) Quart. Cherished Grandpa of Chad and Mathieu Quart. Dear brother of Barbara (Roy) Rawluk and David Quart. Fond uncle of Mark, Bonnie, Cheryl, Glen, Jessica and Scott. Predeceased by his parents Lillian (Holmes) and George Quart. By Rick’s request Cremation has taken place.
