Suddenly at home on Tuesday March 8, 2022. Hugh Desjardin age 64 of Winchester.  Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Alice Desjardin. Loving brother of Dorothy (Brian) Seeley of Prescott, Shirley (Earl) Hogan of Kingston and the late Alex (Susan) of Kemptville. Cherished uncle of Bonnie, Connie, Vickie and great uncle of Brandi, Ricky, Dylan, Barbara, Niki, Joshua and Jessica. By Hugh’s request Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held at South Gower Cemetery  501 South Gower Drive, Kemptville on Saturday June 4, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. By family request donations may be made in Memory of Hugh to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the Byers Funeral Home, South Mountain (613-989-3836). Online condolences may be made at www.byersfuneralhomeinc.ca

    Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to the family. Hugh was a good neighbor on Kerr’s Ridge Road and we enjoyed our periodic chats when we ran into him. God bless you and fly high with the angels.

    Hugh was a good neighbour in Mountain Township for nearly 35 years. He liked to observe nature in his backyard and share stories of new sightings. We were glad he paid us a visit at our home just before he moved to Winchester. We have many good memories of him.
