GERALD ROSE

After a second battle with cancer Gerry passed away on July 22, 2014 at the Ottawa General Hospital with his loving wife at his side. He had just celebrated his 51st birthday.

Gerry was an employee of Domtar for over 30 years. He was generous with his time, expertise and advice. Gerry adored working with his hands and facing new challenges. He could fix anything.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Cindy, daughters Chantalle (André) and Renée, grandson Eric, step-children Daniel, Andrea and Catherine and brothers Donald (Meagan), Guy, and Marc (Christine).

Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Thursday, July 24, 2014 in the Parish Hall of St. Daniel’s Roman Catholic Church in South Mountain. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00pm in the church.
