Peacefully at home on Sunday, February 23, 2025. Loving Wife of the Late Ray Holmes and loving Mother of Linda. Beloved daughter of the late Barton & Mae Derby. Elsie was a hairstylist at Holm-El for 47 years. In their spare time, she and Ray loved to travel, enjoyed the cottage for over 25 years, RVing for a few years, gardening and going for drives. Elsie enjoyed reading, including the Bible, all types of crafts and learning new things. She was a third-generation member of the Inkerman Wesleyan Church.
Mom is now dancing through Heaven with Dad.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Inkerman Wesleyan Church 11486 Queen Street on Friday February 28, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
Donations may be made in Memory of Elsie to the Inkerman Wesleyan Church, Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the Ottawa Heart Institute.
