Douglas Gibson February 11, 1927 - January 28, 2012

Passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday January 28, 2012. Doug Gibson in his 85th year of Mountain. Beloved husband of the late Una. Loving Dad of Heather Derraugh (Bob). Cherished Pops of Christine Dubue (Kelly) and Paul Derraugh (Amy) and Grand- Pops of Shawn, Hailey, Zoe, Brooke and Kieran. Dear brother of Jane Boyd (Dale), Terry Gibson (Pat) and the late Audrey Rowe (Mel).

Doug will rest at the Byers Funeral Home, 2990 Church Street, South Mountain from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. A Funeral Service will be held at the Hallville United Church, County Rd. #43 at Church Rd. on Thursday February 2, 2012 at 11 a.m. Spring Interment South Gower Cemetery. By family request donations may be made to the Hallville United Church or the Kemptville Legion Branch No. 212. Online condolences may be made to www.byersfuneralhomeinc.ca
