Dorothy Edythe Cathcart (Nee Bell) September 30, 1932 - May 23, 2019

Peacefully at the Kemptville District Hospital on Thursday May 23, 2019. Dorothy Cathcart age 86 (don’t tell her we told) of Kemptville. Beloved wife of the late Bruce Cathcart. Loving Mom of Chris (Kelly Durant) and Meika (Brian Kahler). Cherished Grandma of Jennie and Millie Cathcart. Dear sister of Wilma Hamilton (the late Hugh). A Celebration of Life will be held at the Hallville United Church, 10532 Church Road on Saturday June 1, 2019 at 11 a.m. Inurnment Oxford Mills Cemetery. A Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kemptville District Hospital Foundation or the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County. Our sincere thanks to the exceptional staff of Kemptville District Hospital who took such wonderful care of Mom in her final months.     May the wonderful memories carry you through these tough times. Any time our parents would get together, there was always laughter. I can still hear Dorothy’s wonderful laugh. May we all be so lucky to have the wonderful friendships like Harry, Edna, Bruce and Dorothy shared.
