January 26, 2021 at 11:09 amDear John & all extended families, especially her children & grandchildren – for whom she loved dearly & lived for. My heart felt sympathy for your loss. I enjoyed working with Deb – a non-judgemental, honest, compassionate, caring entity; who like I worked very hard/shift while others sat on their gluteus maximus -es – a laugh we shared last week when I spoke with her; & when I expressed how unfair life was, & how we could think of some more deserving to be in her place !! She agreed & told me she’d gladly give it away. The truly hurtful aspect of being a R.N. – she knew what was facing her, moreso than a commoner! Deb will bless the heavens with her very presence & no doubt will watch over all of you . May God Bless all of you & may her wonderful memories give you some condolence at such a hard time – her sweet smile & laugh will help you thru …….R.I.P. my friend Love Bev

January 29, 2021 at 10:37 amThe tributes to Debbie, in these messages, photos, radio notice, and service speak to so many aspects of a full life. I knew her through the “Stoodley Sisterhood” and enjoyed the interactions with her during family gatherings over the years, and more recently Christmas fund raisers and an outdoor picnic. Although it can be difficult during this time to focus on the positive, I hope these types of moments will be the ones that will eventually be foremost in your thoughts.
Both Dave and I extend our heartfelt wish for peace to Debbie’s immediate and extended family and friends.
