It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing at home on Saturday April 6, 2013. Cathy MacLeod in her 58th year of South Mountain. Beloved wife of Dan MacLeod. Loving daughter of Jim and Joan Schroeder and daughter-in-law of Denyse and the late John MacLeod. Cherished sister of Ellen, Jim Jr.(predeceased), Jeffrey, Stephen, David and Bill and sister-in-law of Bill (Marie-Claude) MacLeod, Sue (Terry) Parrish and Carol. Dear aunt of Rebecca, Matthew, Kyle; Kyle, Chris, Stephanie and Nicolas.

By Cathy’s request Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held at Pinecrest Cremation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday April 12, 2013. A Service of Comfort will be held at Divine Word Lutheran Church, 1081 Greenbank Road, Nepean on Saturday April 13, 2013 at 4 p.m. By family request donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to the Byers Funeral Home, South Mountain (613-989-3836).
