Peacefully surrounded by his family at the Brockville General Hospital on Monday May 20, 2024. Brian Seeley age 72 of Prescott.

Beloved husband of Dorothy (Nee Desjardin). Special Pa to Michelle Marsh (Nick Coleman). Cherished Grand Pa of Chadwick Marsh, Morgan Brontmire and Braedan Coleman. Godfather of Hannah and Lorrinda Lane. Dear brother of Evelyn (Terry) Relyea, Joyce Seeley (George Martin) and brother-in-law of Shirley (Earl) Hogan. Uncle of Bonnie, Connie and Vicki Hogan, Dianne (Scott) Belton, Gregory Martin, many great nieces and great nephews and one great-great nephew. Fondly remembered by the Desjardin Family. Missed by his fur baby Miss Ellie. Predeceased by his parents Irene and Clifford Seeley.

By Brian’s request Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the George Drummond Memorial Building, 22 Ryan Street, Spencerville on Saturday June 8, 2024 from 1 to 3 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 3:30 p.m. Lunch to follow, all are welcome. Donations in Memory of Brian may be made to the Diabetes Canada or Parkinson Canada.

    The Delta Agricultural Society would like to express their sincere condolences to you on the recent passing of Brian. His kindness and compassion towards his family and fair friends will be sadly missed along with his love and commitment for the community. No comfort is quite enough to replace the loss, but it is our hope that the good times and memories will help ease the pain. We will always cherish the fond memories of Brian’s time at Delta Fair when he operated Der Vittle Hutt.

    We will be out of town at the time of Mrs Seeley’s celebration of life and Brian’s funeral. Our thoughts will be with you.
