Alex Baird of South Mountain, Ontario passed peacefully on July 19, 2021, with family close by. He is survived by his children Brenda (Michael), Karen (William), Brent (Patti), Darlene (Michael), Roseanne (Michael) and their mother Elizabeth; his loving partner Beth and children Nicholas (Alecia) and Jennifer (Shawn); and grandchildren Tina, Melanie, Daryl, Mark, Eric, Kimberly, Joshua, Angela, Amanda, TJ, Josie, Jennifer, Steven, Skylar, Alexandra, David, Brady, Natasha, Owen, Brielle and his twenty great grandchildren. Thinking of the Bairds and extended family in this difficult time. We are so saddened to hear about the loss of your beloved father/grandfather. Although we only had the pleasure of meeting Alex a handful of times, he was clearly a fantastic man with a great sense of humour. We know his memory will live on at the farm he loved so much.
