Peacefully with family by her side at the St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville on Tuesday September 24, 2024. Barbara Byers, age 81 of Winchester. Beloved wife for over 60 years to Wayne Byers. Loving Mom of Darlene, Tracey (Ken) and Krista. Cherished Nanny of Samantha, Murray, Rebecca, Devin, Ashley, Brandon, Derek, Jessica and Mikayla and Great-Nanny of Madison, Braydon, Alison, Meika, Nova, Eyia, Miaa, Luna, Renisa, Jaxson, Scarlet, Montana and Emery. Sister of Phyllis (late Bill) Vandemheen, George (Bea) Francis and Ken (Dora) Francis. Predeceased by her parents Annie and Avery Francis. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and the Byers Family.
A Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at the Byers Funeral Home, 2990 Church Street, South Mountain (613-989-3836) on Friday September 27, 2024 from 12 noon until time of service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Knights Cemetery.
