Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday June 25, 2021. Reta Guy age 78 of Winchester and 57 of those years of Inkerman. Beloved wife of the late Don Guy. Loving Mom of Hope (Alex), Chris (Martine) and Maureen. Cherished Grandma of Leah, Christopher (Melissa), Margot, Nicholas, Sophia, Ethan, Isabelle, John, Melissa and Great-Grandma of Braxton, Evey, Benjamin, Laurel and “Bentley”. Dear sister of Ruby (Bob) Miltimore, late Arden (Iva) Holmes, Janet Holmes, Lester (Jeanette) Holmes and Lyman (Diane) Holmes. Sister-in-law of the late Mary Render, Carolyn Dawson (late Bob), late Robert (Betty) Guy and the late Patti Allison. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A Private Memorial Service will be held at the Inkerman United Church. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mountain Township Agricultural Hall 2967 Lough Road, South Mountain on Sunday July 10, 2022 from 1 to 4 p.m. Donations in Memory of Reta may be made to the Inkerman United Church or the Rural Healthcare Innovations (Dundas Manor). She gave her time and her very best talents to everything she did for the church. Her decorating will be missed and that welcoming smile. She loved to banter about hockey and talk with everyone. She made friends so easily. We shall miss your encouragement to keep going and your laughter in the kitchen and at euchre games.
