Peacefully, with his family by his side, Arn passed on to a well deserved rest on November 14, 2013. He was born April 29, 1927 to Sam and Reta Holmes. Brother of Nelda, Eleanor, Lila and Eldon. He was predeceased by Harold, Roy, Gordon, Elva, Audrey and Lee. He attended the Summers School on Highway 43, finishing school to work on the family farm. On March 5th 1947 he married Vivian Scott and settled on a farm on Vinegar Hill where they farmed for more than 40 years. He was the proud father of Phyllis (Larry), Leeann (Greg), Wray (Nancy), grandfather of Melanie (Dan), Michael, Jessica (Paul) and Sarah (Mark) great-grandfather of Rowan and Gregory. Arn and Viv spent many good times attending dances, square dancing, and camping. He made friends where ever he went. He was a good friend and a loving family man.
