Peacefully at the Dundas Manor on Sunday February 5, 2012. Annie Barkley in her 87th year of Inkerman. Beloved wife of Lyle Barkley. Loving Mom of Harold (Veena) and Edna Cheney (Doug). Cherished Grandma of Doug, Rob, Lynne, Lisa (Mike Langlois) and Jamie (Myrna). Dear sister of Lila Crowder (Jim), Lyle Hess (Sandi), Glendon Hess and the late Hubert and Darcy. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Barkley will rest at the Byers Funeral Home, 2990 Church Street, South Mountain (613-989-3836) from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday February 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. Spring Interment Knights Cemetery. By family request donations may be made to the Dundas Manor Activity Fund. Our hearts are filled with sorrow to hear about Aunt Annie’s passing. She was a loving, caring person who could also play a mean game of euchre.

My heart and prayers go out to her and her family.

I will miss her.
