Peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Saturday July 5, 2025 Robert McMenomy, age 72, of Inkerman. Beloved husband of Suzanne (nee Lefebvre). Loving Dad of Taryn, Bill (Chantelle Carnegie) and Shelby (Nate Melanson). Cherished Poppa of Olive and Emily McMenomy. Dear brother of Janice, Marlene and Merla. Predeceased by his parents Dorothy (Coons) and Harold McMenomy. Fondly remembered by the Lefebvre Family.

A private family graveside service will be held at the Knights Cemetery, Inkerman with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Mountain Township Agricultural Hall – 2967 Lough Road, South Mountain on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 1 to 3 p.m. Donations in memory of Robert may be made to The Little Angels Blood Cancer Fund – Ottawa Hospital. Arrangements entrusted to the Byers Funeral Home, South Mountain. Online condolences may be shared at www.byersfuneralhomeinc.ca.

    I am sorry to hear of Robert’s passing. I have fond memories of visiting him when we were kids and always getting into mischief.

    To: Suzanne and Family: So sorry to hear about Robert’s passing. I have many memories of the work he did for the Dundas Soil and Crop Improvement Association. He was a dedicated director and his contributions to programs and meetings were very much appreciated. He was also a respected farmer along with his father Harold. Phyllis MacMaster
