Judie Eleanor Hart (Nee Dillabaugh) March 22, 1944 - December 31, 2025

It is with great sadness that we the family of Judie Hart announce her passing on Wednesday December 31, 2025.  We take comfort in knowing that Judie has now been reunited with her beloved husband and love of her life, the late Irvin Hart, whom she has missed tremendously the last seventeen and a half years. Judie was a devoted and loving mother to Kimberly Hill (Kevin, who she fondly referred to as “her favourite son-in-law”).She was a cherished “Nan” to Kortney Taylor (Jamie) and Kandace Hill (Connor Rintoul).   Her granddaughters were 2 of the greatest gifts in her life. Proud “GG” to Chayse and Peyton Taylor, Brooklyn and soon-to-be-born great-grandbaby Rintoul, all of whom her whole world revolved around and filled her life with joy.

Judie was born and raised near Heckston and the youngest of ten children born to the late Gladys and Ralph Dillabaugh. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Lorraine Baker (late Russell) and Dorla Baldwin (late Murray). Judie was predeceased by her siblings Trevor Dillabaugh (late Dorothea), Dalton Dillabaugh (late Dorothy), Douglas Dillabaugh (late Jean), Lorne Dillabaugh (late Grace), Norma Black (late Bert), Glenda Laird (late Jim), and Olin Dillabaugh (Sandra), sister in-law Marie Lightle (nee Hart)(late Jack). She will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, the Hill family, extended family, and friends whom she loved dearly.

Thank you to all the staff at the Kemptville District Hospital (with a special thank you to nurse Michelle), and to the team of doctors and nurses in the ICU at the Ottawa General Hospital for their extraordinary care.

As per Judie’s wishes Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held in the Spring at South Gower Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with Irvin. By family request donations may be made in Memory of Judie to the Kemptville District Hospital Foundation, The Kidney Foundation of Canada or CHEO
