Peacefully at the Orchardview Living Centre on Monday October 16, 2017. Jean Tod formerly of Toronto age 94. Beloved wife of the late Charles Harris Tod. Most important Mom who made her 6 children the centre of her focus providing love and guidance to Gary Tod (Lena), Judy Ridout (George), Bette Tod-Block (Terry), Sandie McArdle (Jim), Nancy Miller-McKenzie (John) and the late Douglas George Tod. Loved and missed Nannie to her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Margaret and George Smith. Jean was a Registered Nurse working at the Women’s Hospital, Toronto as well as the V.O.N. She was an avid Bridge player, Curler, golfer and especially loved music and singing where she belonged to many Choirs. Jean performed in skits at Club Med as well as the Curling Club and was a member of the United Church her entire life.
