Adeline Ruby Williams (Nee Rintoul) April 24, 1939 - April 8, 2026

Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Wednesday April 8, 2026. Adeline Williams age 86 of Kemptville.

Beloved wife of Arnold Williams. Loving Mom of Debbie Williams, Karen Johnson (late Robert) and Doug (Spring) Williams. Cherished Grandma & Ma to Mitchell (Emily), Dalton Sayer, Danielle Sayer, Isabella Williams and great-grandchildren Cooper and Phoebe. Loved sister of Ellwood (Dorothy) Rintoul, the late Marilyn, the late Maynard Rintoul and sister-in-law of Phyllis and Mildred Williams. Predeceased by her parents Evelyn & George Rintoul. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.

By Adeline’s request Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Kemptville Union Cemetery. By family request donations may be made in Memory of Adeline to the Canadian Cancer Society.

    Arnold and Family,
    I’m so sorry to hear of Adeline’s passing. We always had a great chat and a few laughs when we would run into each other around town. We go back a long way, back as far as my years living at Acton’s Corners, teaching at North Grenville and Finnerty’s Auction. Adeline leaves memories of a pleasant smile and a kind and helpful personality. She will be missed.
